DCG® (Driven at the Center of Gravity),
This technology controls the vibration, which is one of the main enemies of high-speed and high-precision, by pushing structural parts at their center of gravity by using two ball screws. The advantages of using DCG are greater machining accuracy, shorter machining time, longer tool life, better machined surface, etc.
DDM™ (Direct Drive Motor),
By transmitting the drive power directly to the rotary axes without using gears, DDM achieves zero backlash and outstanding transmission efficiency as well as high-speed feed. It offer high-accuracy and high-efficiency and is much better than conventional worm gears in all aspects.
ORC™ (Octagonal Ram Construction),
By using octagonal ram construction instead of square guides, slideways, which are placed diagonally opposite each other, symmetrically distort in response to heat and offset thermal displacement. For this reason, the center of the moving parts can be maintained in the same position, achieving high-precision machining during high-speed travel.
